Raffmetal is the first European producer of recycled aluminium alloys, with a production capacity of 350,000 t/year.
Raffmetal’s production has always been an example of the circular economy. Scrap is sourced throughout Europe through an in-house commercial network; it is then selected, checked and valorised before being sent to the melting process.
Raffmetal alloys support the CO₂ emission reduction targets of the end-use sectors.

Raffmetal 100% recycled aluminium alloys
Produced at the Casto plant, they are made entirely from 100% recycled aluminium and are available both as continuous casting ingots and in liquid form. These alloys ensure high quality and a significant reduction in environmental impact.
The use of advanced technologies preserves the material’s properties, ensuring excellent performance.
This process not only valorises waste materials, but also helps reduce energy consumption and CO₂ emissions compared to primary aluminium produced from bauxite extraction.
