Raffmetal has carried out numerous sustainable investments since the start of its operations, and many more are already being studied or implemented to continue promoting and achieving its objectives, based on the pursuit of the highest levels of excellence and sustainability.

Raffmetal also has a Code of Ethics that sets out key principles and values to ensure a respectful and inclusive workplace, guiding employee conduct and emphasising the importance of respecting human rights and personal dignity. Since 2012, it has also adopted the Organisational Model 231 to prevent offences related to workplace safety, under the supervision of the Supervisory Body (OdV).
